So just how does he know who is sitting inside a certain government owned and painted aircraft. I don’t believe any one person, save the President and maybe a General or two has a plane reserved for their sole use. Clinton would have to have prior notice.
Then, does anyone just hop off an airplane in a controlled location like an airfield?
