Pardon her for what if she hasn’t been convicted of anything?

She’s not going to get trial ad conviction between Nov 8 and Jan 21.

Trump’s Justice department will have a lot to work with

the most important thing is this STAYS in the news until nov 8th.

Yes, you can be pardoned for a crime before you are even charged. Ford did it for Nixon.

Ford pardoned Nixon for just about everything before Nixon was charged of anything.

There is precedent for this re: Ford/Nixon.

That said. I have always held that Obama has no love for the Clintons. Obama is a petty little tyrant and knows revenge is a dish best served cold.

Comey’s pass on Hillary gives Obama cover to NOT pardon Hillary should she lose the election to Trump. I mean he says she innocent, she says she’s innocent, and Lynch says that she’s innocent. Why should Obama imply she’s guilty by pardoning her?

Let Trump take the American left’s anger over prosecuting her.

It’s a twofer.......

The pardon power is absolute. Ford pardoned Nixon, and Nixon had never been charged. A lawyer in MI filed a challenge to Ford’s pardon in Federal District Court very soon after it was granted - and it was turned away immediately. If Hillary is elected, she can pardon herself, the power is that broad. And she would do it, I have no doubt.
