Good move, you dumbass little ho.
He got weed! He got weed!
In Ohio I is my job to inform the officer before making any moves anywhere. I’d venture to say the same applies. It is not her job to inform.
I have been stopped three times for traffic violations with a weapon in my car. (I drive slower now) When the officer approched my car I had insurance, drivers licence and carry permit in my left hand with my right hand on the steering wheel. The first thing I said to the officer was that I am armed and tell them where the weapon is. They never asked to take possession of the weapon and were extremely courteous. In fact they let me off with a warning for two of the stops. They liked the fact I was upfront and cooperative.
They can run your license plates and know if you are a concealed carry. Once they know that, they are not worried. It is the bad guys that do not have a license to carry, because the vast majority are criminals and can not get a concealed carry license.
They knew I was one of the good guys. I LOVE TEXAS!
