Retired Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal is among those being considered as a possible vice president pick for presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump, sources tell ABC News, the second retired general on the New York businessman's growing list of potential running mates.
McChrystal retired from the military in 2010 after being relieved of his position as the top commander in Afghanistan by President Obama following a controversial interview he held with Rolling Stone magazine.

I saw him on CBS Sunday Morning a few years ago. McChrystal is a notorious gun grabber, saying that “assault weapons” (semi-automatic rifles) are weapons of war, they should be banned from “civilian” ownership, etc. The guy has a fascist streak.
He and General Petraeus recently hooked up with that other gun grabber Mark Kelly.

My own guess is that everyone in the Trump organization who knows for certain isn't telling, and wouldn't tell even if waterboarded. (Why is it only the Republicans who are expected to be disloyal and leak important information? Other than that it's been the norm for at least the last 28 years.) If I were a Trump loyalist, I would be more than happy to feed the MSM false info.

As far as I can tell, the only General who is seriously being vetted for VP by Trump is Flynn. Flynn was and remains a strong and effective critic of the Obama/Clinton debacles in Libya and Syria, but I have no idea where he stands on domestic issues like immigration, guns, etc.
The Trump campaign would be crazy to pick a running mate who spent his entire career as a bootlicker overseeing the military side of the globalist agenda established by the Beltway leadership in this country.
Ridiculous! Trump has said over and over again that it will be a legislator.
All these generals need to be called back to serve, not as VPs. We need their expertise where it matters most, protecting our country.
