Thats pretty wiley of putin to trick the EU into scheduling planes, giant ferrys, trains, and infrastructure for moslems from all over the middle east and Africa.
The refugee problem is fully homegrown in every way. We and the EU decided we were going after assad and got the civil warights going in syria.
Then we escalated. When Russia intervened to stop syria from falling to isis, turkey threw open the doors.

NATO makes it very clear that Russia has made the refugee crisis and that it is part of their campaign for Hybird Warfare in Europe. Little Green Men invading Ukraine, Little Green Missiles shooting down Dutch Passengers after the Haig sues Russia for $40 Billion, and Little Green Refugees creating havoc in Europe thanks to friends in Greece.
BTW, Putin likes open borders - he made one for his tanks and BUKS going into Ukraine.
