Now to be fair, the BCA and the PD are making the same stupid mistake Chief Tom Jackson in Ferguson did by not providing information.

In the dream world..., yeah. In today's REAL WORLD there is no end to the number of lawyers who will sue the PD for violations of privacy related statutes! Unintended consequences of ensuring privacy of CCW holders! they released the info that they LEGALLY COULD!

They have not given any real information that would assuage some concerns. There is information they can and should provide. The original incident report should be done and approved. They could provide a redacted copy of it.

The dispatch tape should have been made available already. I believe that is going to clear up this claim that the officers were looking at Castile as a robbery suspect.

The deliberate stonewalling is what crushed the Ferguson administration. People who don’t learn from that will regret it.
