5,000 students, but look carefully: the signatories CLAIM to be “students, faculty and alumni” of the school.

So even if they are telling the truth, it is a small number.

Last spring I attended a function in a building in Philly where I noticed that in the open main room a large party with a DJ was being held. The crowd numbering in the hundreds looked to be almost all males and what persons of my generation use to call 3rd worlders. I inquired about the group and was they were from the graduating class of Wharton.
It was quite a change from what I remember from classes there in the 1970’s. But change is the name of the game.
