Are you an Uber customer?

The company is forcing users of their service to take one minute and think about gun violence before booking a ride.

When users open the app they see a message that reads: “our hearts go out to the victims of this week’s terrible gun violence.”

“As we move around our cities this weekend, let’s take a moment to think about what we can do to help,” the message preached.

Srsly? The "uber" powers that be are also buying in on the "guns" problem? Probably won't hurt their bottom line in any case.

Before you climb into an “Uber” vehicle take a minute to make sure your carry is loaded and secure.

I’m not going to punish the drivers for what the idiot company is doing.

My one minute of thought about gun violence? I placed a number of extra holsters and other items on Armslist.com so I can afford my next gun purchase this week. Taking inventory is a bit surprising when one realizes how many extra holsters one acquires trying to find the right fit. Suspect on one of my pistols I have spent more on accessories than the gun itself cost. Oh well, that is my contribution to thinking about gun violence—get rid of extra stuff and buy a new gun.

Just what America needs. A taxi cab company telling them to take a time out and think about “gun violence”. LOL! Shut up and drive!

If you want to establish a really large, successful national business and really get rich, you MUST be part of the progressive-left-statist-crony-nanny-state-establishment.

If you are outside of it, they will let you run a bakery (sometimes) or a car repair shop - but you won’t be allowed to possess or control anything of consequence.

The company is doing enough punishing with the old monopolize-then-squeeze routine, dropping driver comp to an unworkable level.

Huh. They didn’t say whether they’re for or against it.

Maybe they should focus that on their employees, after what happened in nearby Kalamazoo recently.

This fits right in with what Vox Day writes in SJW always lie.

Yes. Uber is providing a useful service by reminding all of us CHP holders to put our holsters on before the driver gets there.

I didn’t need that long to think about gun violence:

Weapon?
Check.
Mags?
Check.

Milliseconds over.

I took a moment and created my own company:

Yes, that’s me. And it’s been going for almost a week now and people are calling me.

I use Uber all the time. Love it. Far better than any cab service and cheaper than limo service. I’ve never seen this pop up. I even gave it a whirl this morning to see if it would be there but nothing. Is it targeted for a certain market? I live in a fairly major metro area and am very surprised it isn’t showing on my app. Glad it is not as well.

“””When users open the app they see a message that reads: “our hearts go out to the victims of this week’s terrible gun violence.”””””

Apparently uber can spell “gun” when they really meant to spell.... BLACK MILITANT.
