Governor Goofy is one of the most moronic people I have ever seen. His statement that this guy would not have been shot had he been white was one of the most idiotic things he has ever said, and that takes some doing to top his other ridiculous comments.
He should be forced to resign, but sadly the people of Minnesota know, when they elected him, that he was a moron.
