Tried to enter a house, but barking dog scared suspect away.
Neighbor working in yard saw suspect leaving and police chasing suspect on foot.
Police told neighbor to get inside his house.
Neighbor heard suspect yell, "Don't f--- with me bro!!" Police used taser on suspect.
Police found one gun, looking for another.
Officer is undergoing emergency surgery, shot multiple times.
