We’ve got a black guy wearing blue shirt, blue pants, blue cap, blue bandanna, making vague “C” gestures/poses, with guy whose side bitch implied he was a crip, who is part of a crips FB group, who posts FB status referencing Crips. And we’re supposed to believe the nonsense the anti-white media is selling us. Don’t buy it.
Sundance over at Conservative Treehouse does a more through look see thru Philando’s shady past....there was an armed robbery a few days earlier at a convenience store...and Sundance includes the Security camera shot and the shot from Philandos girl friend and they look like a match to me...his dead fingers are going for his waistband...so I don’t think he was going for his gun permit...known gang member fits the BOLO or armed robbery and he reaches for waistband...hell If i am the cop I shoot rather than wait to see what he whips out...
and the cop intructed him not to bet that id at that point and he reached for the waistband anyways...
Have yet to see a copy of his concealed carry permit.

In MN, it isn't public information. So, it's not possible to confirm or refute it until the police make a statement.
Must be all the other blacks in the country doing stereotypically black, gang related, hoodlum type stuff that has me confused with this fine upstart of a rapper that clearly cant follow simple instructions. She’s already wearing a t-shirt with a picture of her and her son, and I would bet there is already a lawsuit pending. Now if it were my son, or the son of anyone I know, getting a custom t-shirt made (special order coz’ she’s big) within 24 hours would be the last thought in our minds.
The only statement about concealed carry permit I have read is the police say the local county had not issued one to the individual.
Does not say he was not the lawful holder of a Minnesota or out-state permit.
Someone familiar with the CHL/CCW process in MN should comment, but I don't think the local counties issue them.
I did see a statement by the police that state law prohibited them from releasing that information.

Yes, the local counties issue them. I have one and went to my local sheriffs office in the county seat to apply for and then pick up.
To be honest, I thought that I had detected a snarl, a ‘thuggish aura’
around the dead man’s girlfriend. It was either evidence of gang affiliation or a hard life in the lower eschelon.
I also thought it strange that her first impluse when witnessing a killing would be to film and live stream it, with a narration. In effect, advertising it. Seemed strangely at ease as she sat next to her fiance just now shot (mulitple times) through a car window.
