CA is in worse trouble than even I thought.
This is illegal conduct but they are above the law like hillery? Yes.

My first thoughts were along those lines as well. It seems pathetic. However, right now, every cop across the nation is under incredible scrutiny, with a very large element out there just waiting for an excuse before they feel justified in an all out campaign to start murdering cops on sight, not to mention rioting of epic proportions. Personally, I think Obama and his masters will intentionally do whatever is needed to push these mobs into said action. Law enforcement officers everywhere are walking on eggshells right now. Pehaps cutting them some slack for now isn’t a bad thing.
