Obama’s legacy; blacks have never been worse off since 1865. Mostly illiterate, unemployable, and no way to conceal it from them anymore. In all honesty, they have borne the brunt of the open borders because while we all pay for it in terms of job security and wages, the Hispanics have made blacks irrelevant and unnecessary. Years ago efforts were made to integrate blacks as workers in a modern economy; now there is no need to do so. Since neither population has an advantage in terms of language, those with a better work ethic are hired while the rest simply become grifters, thieves, and drug dealers - our Afro-gypsy population.
