“Foreign young men“ were blamed by police for the attacks at one of the festivals and at least two unaccompanied migrant youths were under arrest.
Police recorded five reports of rapes and 12 of sexual molestation at Bravalla, Sweden's biggest music festival, and 35 reports of sexual molestation at Putte i Parken, a free festival in Karlstad, where the youngest victim was just twelve years old.
Two of the seven young men suspected of mounting a campaign of aggressive groping at the second festival were unaccompanied refugee youth, reportedly living at a nearby accommodation centre.

This was at a music festival. Where are the Swedish men in all this? Are they total cowards, too afraid to protect their women?
There was a big scandal earlier this year when Swedish media AND Swedish police hid sexual assaults at a similar festival in Stockholm.
I almost detest our leaders more than I do the muslims themselves.

The short answer is “Yes”. Swedes, like most other people in Western countries, have been so beaten down by Political Correctness, that they are more afraid of being called “racist” than they are of actually being killed.

Weren’t the victims wearing their bracelets? The Swedish authorities made a big deal this summer about giving each girl a colored bracelet that clearly states, in Swedish, “Don’t Touch Me”. The idea was that they were supposed to show the rapist the bracelet, then he would go away.
Secondly, the authorities spent a lot of money sending these immigrants to classes on how to treat women. Do they need to add a chapter to the curriculum about concerts?
Let’s take a warning from the Swedes. This variety of idiocy is what happens if Liberals get too much power.
Rapes are among the worst of all crimes against a person. Having said that I wonder how many little Islamists have these rapes produced??
