A new burka ban has been enforced in a Swiss canton, with two people already being fined for defying it.
A Swiss woman, who has converted to Islam, and a French-Algerian businessman publicly opposed the ban in the city of Locarno in the canton of Tessin were both fined when the new rule came into effect last Friday.
Anyone caught wearing a veil in the canton, which is Italian-speaking and predominantly Roman Catholic, can reportedly be fined up to €9,200 (£7,890). …

It should be this way in all westernized countries. Maybe it would give them the nudge they need to go home; wherever that is.
Looks and sounds like people are gradually waking up to the threat of (i)slam. It starts out benign and innocently enough like a cancer cell until it keeps on growing and growing until eventually it takes over the host and kills him. If mankind is to continue on its evolutionary path, evolve and prosper (i)slam always was and will continue to be a hindrance what has been shown and proven over and over for hundreds of years, not unlike socialism or any variations of it which have failed time after time it has been tried. It all starts with good intentions and everyone means well but as the old adage goes “The road to hell has been paved with good intentions” and this is where it usually ends up.
I probably will not be around to see it, as I am getting up in years but I expect down the road the world will experience a cataclysmic event when reasonable people with enough common sense will decide that (i)slam is not getting us anywhere and with enough force and power will relegate it to the trash heap of history. Unfortunately it will not be without bloodshed along with glazed over sections in the Middle East. But as with cancer you have two choices, either excise and remove the disease or wait until it takes you over, and wipe out years of progress and advancements. There never was or ever will be a peaceful coexistence with (i)slam as its book of rules made it a point that this is not about going to happen.
Talk about either your criminally stupid or mentally ill...
The way I see it, the wearing of a Burka is the equivalent of wearing a KKK outfit. It is a blatant statement that opposes the West and their desire to impose submission on the rest of humanity.

I have come to the grim conclusion that the mohammedans should be given their own medicine. Tax them each to participate in their satanic rituals, deny them rights, impose harsh laws on them.
Notice, also, how the the money men of Zurich and the rest of strongly market savvy Switzerland are for some reason NOT in the EU.

Actually, that is an insult...to the KKK! The KKK never was against everything and everybody! Islam wants to cut off the head of anyone who does not convert and when Islam runs out of Christians to kill the different sects of Islam kill each other. They not only want to destroy your life, they have no idea of how to live a life worth living even if they take over the whole world. They do not believe that life on the Earth can be worth living.

The burkas can be used for total concealment of weapons
and are HOT and not in the sexy way.
A few years ago, a young lady had been proselytized into
Mohammedanism and had a different color silk hijab for
every day of the week with matching high heels. I would
think that by now she has been graduated to wearing just
the black garbage bag burkas and serving some Muslim
man who clicks his prayer beads all day while she works.
She was featured on one of those “news” shows.
The main languages in Switzerland are Italian, French, and German. Given those three languages (and their accompanying cultures), the Swiss are apparently quite very wary about hosting other languages and cultures.
Makes the PCs’ lectures to us about multiculturalism and tolerance look even more stupid and (also) selfish.
