EVERY other candidate was a globalist, open-borders, Muslim-conquest-enabler. The “clown” was the only one of the seventeen who wants to see the United States continue in existence. That’s why he won.

I attended both the Virginia 10th C.D. GOP convention in Loudoun County and the Virginia state GOP convention at Harrisonburg this year. I got to vote on the actual identities of 16 of Virginia’s 49 delegates; three at the congressional district level, and 13 at the state level.

At the congressional district convention, Cruz delegates won the three delegate positions plus the first and third alternates; a Trump supporter won the second alternate position. The most prominent of these individuals is state Senator Dick Black, one of the most conservative people in the entire Virginia legislature.

At the state convention, Ken Cuccinelli engineered a “slate” which he and Clarence Thomas’ wife Ginny headed, which consisted of 10 Cruz supporters and 3 Trump supporters.

If the actual delegate selection process played out in other states like it did in Virginia, there are going to be a significant number of people in Cleveland who are not pledged to Trump and who could well upset the apple cart. There could well be more than 1,237 such people. I don’t think anyone who thinks about politics all the time can dismiss this possibility.

By way of disclosure, I was a Cruz supporter, but liked all of the Trump people I met at both conventions, and I want to enthusiastically support Donald and work for him and local congresswoman Barbara Comstock in the fall (she’s in potential trouble here in northern Virginia).

However, Trump needs to get his act together; he’s got to stop making dumb mistakes like mentioning Saddam Hussein in his speeches, and focusing instead “like a laser beam” on Crooked Hillary Clinton.

I heard this on talk radio, possibly Rush said it, or it could have been Steve Malzberg sitting in for Chris Plante on WMAL, but Trump needs to get in his plane, go out to Whitewater, Arkansas, or the street in front of the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, or the Chicago Board of Trade, or wherever Crooked Hillary pulled off some of her crimes, and just lambaste her for her crookedness. He needs to ruthlessly bash her several times a day every day, and when he gets tired of bashing her, bash her one more time. This needs to go on non-stop until the convention. Don’t go off message one time. This is how Trump can put down the insurrection and make delegates who are not aligned with him vote for him.

Whenever Crooked Hillary is portrayed in one of his commercials, she needs to be wearing orange and have vertical bars superimposed in front of her visage on the screen. Every time.

The Cruz faithful in “The Conservative Hammer” Facebook page are having orgasms over it. Funny, even with the orgasms, that is one hell of a website chocked full of psychotic anger.

PSY-OPS total PSY-OPS. The convention will be a huge success. Given the revelations about Clinton there won’t be more than a handful of rebels.

Let me post this again for those who missed it in the other threads its been in.

This guy Evans is not a Trump Supporter but a RNC assigned whip for Trump. Trump had earned 1542 bound delegates prior to the convention. It appears there were not enough antis on the Rules committee to get a rule change. So The Bound stay bound per party rules and those have been upheld at the Supreme Court.

This story is very misleading. It was accurate in only one way, the number of Delegates who were bound to vote for other candidates -that number is the same as what it was before. The fact that is not larger then it was from the Primary results is proof the antis are not growing. The RNC party whip was not able find out about the other delegates because they likely would not talk to him. What was missing entirely was any proof anybody had switched positions.

So the ONLY facts here are. 1 the same delegates who were bound to vote for somebody other then Trump on the first vote are still the same, with maybe a handful of those who were never bound. In other words there is no evidence of any growth of antis. 2. Of the Trump delegates the RNC guy could only get 888 to talk to him.
