In short...pleading fundamental incompetence...again. That’s like the resolution of the White House Travel Office firings. Yes she did it, but the argument went that the prosecutor couldn’t reliably prove she knew what she was doing.

On the very slim bright side of Comey’s cave in, the whole world is now aware of the fact that the US govt has one of the most incompetent and corrupt administrations in recent memory. Hillary Clinton had thousands of govt workers under her authority and could not even handle simple emails or any kind of common workplace tasks. How many other govt employees at the highest levels are as unqualified as Clinton was and is to carry out their assignments? The democrats want the office of the president and do not care how flawed a candidate is. They will take Hilary any way they can arrange it and however many good people have to pay the price to let her skate.
