Clear, egregious violations of law by the lawless `rat—felonies—but no charges recommended by the FBI?

So, I thought all along that they would find a way to dump Hillary and then go with Slow Joe, who would be a better candidate. He's like the lovable grampa to half of America, who don't know what a lefty tool he really is. Obama could have used the FBI to accomplish that switcheroo. That he didn't tells me that Bill Clinton's threats, whatever they were, were enough to make Obama arrange this whitewash. That golf game where Clinton was giving Obama the what-for was probably where it started. The Lynch meeting was the final decision, perhaps with some promises thrown in.
Could a Trump DoJ revisit these charges? The decision to indict is not covered by the double-jeopardy clause, is it?
Fortunately, this is not the same as a pardon, which is what Obama would do if she was charged. If Trump wins, it’s not over, she gets charged next year.
Okay so where do we report for the obligatory WASP riot?
You ought to hear the Charlotte, NC Media having orgasms over Hillary’s “big win” today and her and Obama’s visit.

Only if she had been charged, and brought in front of a judge and the case tossed would she be free.

It is so telling these dark days in America that telling the simple truth is described as “bombast”.
Comey goes through the facts, finds the evidence, shows her lies, says that top secret information was left unprotected, and then says not to prosecute. The follow through was not congruent with the set-up. She’s guilty of negligence, she put top secret information at risk, which was illegal, they could easily bring charges.
And who cares if Clinton has a ton of lawyers to fight it, she did this crime as Comey stated, and doesn’t deserve the presidency.
