Hillary doesn’t count as the first woman candidate for president, because she’s only there because of who her husband is.
Feminism tells us that women are to achieve great things, due to their own achievements, and their own merits. Hillary is only there because of her husband.
Thus, Hillary being the woman candidate, and perhaps the first woman president, just isn’t going to be historic for that reason.
And, the Clintonian penchant for scandal will follow any Hillary presidency, if she is elected. She will go down in history for some scandal or other, not because she was the first woman president.
