China offers Philippines talks if South China Sea court ignored: China Daily

China is ready to start negotiations with the Philippines on South China Sea-related issues if Manila ignores an arbitration ruling expected next week on their long-running territorial dispute, the official China Daily reported on Monday.

Too early to even speculate or criticize new Philippine president what he’d do or not do about Chicom’s land grab. Duterte don’t like obama. Duterte still trying to fix domestic problems he can’t talk tiger yet against Chicom it has to begin from diplomatic channels to tell Chicom they need to vacate the islands.

A 3rd term for Obama will, by dint of budgets and progressivism, lead to a South China Sea controlled by China and an emasculated US Navy presence. This is a new and unnecessary flashpoint made inevitable by several Administrations weak policy towards that infamous ‘bad boy’ North Korea.
