Miriam Cepeda is probably one of few — a 24-year-old Latina and a self-proclaimed “Trump girl” on the South Texas border — and she wants you to know it.
She volunteers for Donald Trump’s campaign in an area where 90% of its population identifies as Hispanic or Latino, and she lives in Texas’ Hidalgo County. Proof that not all of Texas votes Republican, President Barack Obama won 70% of the vote there in 2012. This is also not far from where Trump wants to build his wall with Mexico....

LEGAL Hispanics know that illegals make them look bad. My nephew’s nanny is Puerto Rican, she immigrated to this country 20+ years ago, became a citizen..she supports Donald Trump, she says that illegals that come here are making LEGAL citizens look bad and she cant stand them

It can work like this : One needs to be a citizen before landing a job. That would be one way to get the Hispanics to become American citizens.
Greg Abbott could help Trump a lot with the Hispanic vote especially. Abbot married to Mexican American, elected in Texas as Governor along with Dan Patrick as lieutenant Governor.

This report is right, I live in Hidalgo County. Not seeing any Trump signs or Hillary signs. They don’t like Hillary here either. Most of the school districts are also very anti-Trump. Not to mention local media which is even worse. I don’t watch local news for that reason. Most here are born and raised hard-core dems. About like the People’s Republic of Austin, Tx.
If we want this thing built fast, give them citizenship after it’s up.
GOPe are simply Socialist Democrats. They’re interested in making sure no Conservative agenda ever passes or that Conservatives are never nominated or elected.
Abbott and Patrick understand that legal Hispanics stand to lose the most to illegals. Legal Hispanics are therefore favorable to a strong anti-amnesty stance.
The GOPe believes they have to play to the illegals to gain "credibility" with the Hispanic vote. In the process, they lose the legal Hispanics -- who are actually voters.
There are plenty of Latinas and Latinos that overwhelmingly support Trump.
Even in my family.
more citizens - if they are looking to assimilate, follow our laws, not just become citizen to get a job.

Yes, the GOPe panderers to illegals do lose the Hispanic vote, but Trump better do something to balance the Judge gaffe and Abbot would more than help with that.
I care about people, but I hope many illegals self deport or are deported not just a couple hundred really bad ones.
Like Trump said if we don’t follow the laws of our country, we are not a country.
I don’t just want a hasty wall either. I want a wall not easily breached or tunneled under. I’d not trust illegals or semi-americans building the wall without shoddy work or sabotaging its effectiveness.
I lived in an area where at one point, every 2-3 days the police were raiding drop houses within blocks of me or there would be police rounding up runners from vehicles that had pulled over or accidents or such. I just stayed inside with doors locked. it really opened my eyes I wasn’t really free to move around my town, live my life without keeping illegals and what comes with them in mind.
Thanks to Gov’t tieing hands of ICE and law enforcement high illegal population areas have less actual apprehensions and more releases. like that one in OR 6 times deported and this time here killed people. I used to know of a website that listed all those killed by illegals, I can’t remember now.
I care but right is right and wrong is wrong, and from my understanding of the bible God agrees, people are to follow the laws of the land they are in.

Not really immigration if she came from Puerto Rico, she was already a U.S. citizen, As Puerto Rico is part of the U.S. as a U.S. Territory.
The judge issue was no *gaffe*. That judge is deeply involved with La Raza, take a gander at their platform. They’re the racists. Trump called him out and the pc crowd clutched their pearls.
