She said she doesn’t “take well” to the accusations. This is the retribution mindset, of course. The high road would be to state that she is confident that everything she has done will speak well for itself, and she isn’t going to hide anything.

Yes, indeed!

It is apparent that the judge even takes pride in admitting to be thin-skinned.

Regards,

Aaaah! N GA mountain politics. It can get really vicious. Most of this kind of judicial misconduct used to come out of Habersham county.

"It’s clear this is a personal vendetta against me,” she said. “I don’t know how else to explain that.”

This is interesting as well. A lousy inconceivability argument. If the judge is involved in court shenanigans the newspaper guy just might be doing a perfectly valid muckraking job.

Also, the drug testing requirement sounds like pure spite.

Yup, I’ve seen that before. “Don’t you dare cross me.” When judges become powers unto themselves rather than remaining servants to the truth and justice, this is just what we see. And it is as ugly as sin, because it is sin.

And the sad thing is, she didn’t need to if the “slur” was repeated for a valid reason.

However, we’d have to ask if the courts always use the street names of people called to answer for accusations of crime? I doubt it.

This is the day and night that the lights went out in Georgia?

Well this is kind of like a skunk trying to spray perfume around to hide its own characteristic odor. It’s eventually going to come crashing down.

The biggest question is, when will it.

About the subpoenas — this might be a common “attorney’s subpoena.” Its only power is based on a hoped future court ruling, and usually anyone who gets one will just chuck it out knowing that at most it is a warning about an actual court subpoena that may come. But one of the warnings it can serve is “don’t you dare lose that because you may be required to come up with it later.”

It isn’t fraud, it is what it is.

“I was astounded, in disbelief that there were even any charges to be had,” said Thomason, 37, who grew up in Fannin County. “I take this as a punch at journalists across the nation that if we continue to do our jobs correctly, then we have to live in fear of being imprisoned.”

Welcome to the New Socialist Caliphate of the Western Hemisphere, Mr. Thomason.

And you are wrong about having to live in fear of being imprisoned. As soon as takeover of our government is made public, they won’t bother with jail, they will simply shoot you in the head.

Don’t know about the judge, but the DA going to bat for her is a Republican.

The stenographer most likely dropped her suit when she realized the defendant wouldn’t settle and she had exposed herself to discovery.
