It's a sad day when the facts of the case are not what will get her indicted. If you lay out what Hillary and Obama have intentionally done to the American people the evidence is overwhelming that they are corrupt politicians using their position of authority for profit and gain and do not have the nation's best interests in mind when they make their decisions . I don't think I've ever seen more evidence that someone has done something so intentionally to harm the people of a nation than these two yet the lefties love them because they ARE destroying our nation. Complete insanity.

The idea that the FBI has a "recommends indictment" function is part of that smokescreen. It is a certainty that the FBI will not recommend indictment against Hillary, seeing as how the FBI never recommends indictment.
Should the FBI investigation show probable cause a crime was committed, six ways to Sunday, the [guaranteed] absence of FBI recommendation to indict will be used to justify letting Hillary off the hook.
Parsing the Demspeak: When Lynch says she will accept the report and recommendations, but make the final decision, she isn't saying anything new. She will "accept" the report in the sense of when it is delivered to her, she takes possession of it. That's what "accept" can mean.
And, when she says she will take their recommendations, but reserves the right to over-rule them if necessary, she's not giving anything away, either.
Now, if you were a career prosecutor serving under a Democrat AG who could over-rule you anyway, wouldn't you be under the implied threat that your career was over if you recommended indictment?
