I am not a lawyer, and I don’t play one on TV, but did the attorney general commit obstruction of justice by tipping off Bill Clinton?

No, but she exhibited the most terrible discretion of judgment I have ever seen by a federal, or even county level, prosecutor I have ever seen in my career. Any other prosecutor would recuse themselves and hope that they aren’t sanctioned by the state bar association.

I don’t play a lawyer on TV, but I am one in real life.
