Snopes is saying the SC shooting didn’t happen. Anyone have concrete evidence?

Well, since nobody got killed it’s not a mass shooting, right? Snopes is playing with definitions and semantics. SURE he was “firing into a crowd” but that does not mean he intended to HURT the people he was shooting at, and if he had not been stopped there is no PROOF that “four or more” people would have been KILLED.
These guys have spin and twist down to a science.
