How in the name of sanity does John Kerry have any kind of federal job or appointment, unless the appointee is almost a traitor? That people elected to him to the Senate is also beyond belief. Google court martial and the name John Kerry. Everyone knew he’d committed traitorous acts.

It is believed by some or many that Kerry’s discharge from the military was not an honorable discharge. And this traitor is flying around the world pretending to act in the “best interests” of the United States of America? I want President Trump to take the whole stack of signed but unratified treaties, present them to the Senate and have them voted down to get them out of the limbo of international law. Some lawyers and politicians have argued that signed treaties should be treated as in effect until their ratification is voted down and then not present them to the Senate. Well then clear them out and make it clear to the world that bad treaties mean nothing.

Only the POTUS can sign a treaty and the treaty is not binding until the Senate ratifies it.
