INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Brexit vote is a concern to the mayors from around the country who are meeting in Indianapolis this weekend.

More than 200 mayors are in town for the annual U.S. Conference of Mayors. They are here to discuss a number of issues of mutual concern.

Leaders said the conference will focus on infrastructure spending and federal government support for law enforcement, among other things.

Conference president Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said that the Brexit vote could have a big effect on cities.

“I think it sends up a lot of red flags to our country and countries around the world about the global economic stability of our major allies,” she said. “And it is a grave concern because I don’t know of many people in this room and probably around the country who thought that’s how the vote was gonna turn out.”

She finally gets something right.

This is what, peanut brains talking about walnuts?

Why don’t they talk about things that some of them, at least, have a prayer of knowing and thus doing something about?

Could they find anything LESS relevant to discuss? How about the finding of frozen water on Pluto?

What an unexpected and wonderful result of Brexit. The Democratically run cities are concerned about paying their fat retirements with bonds!! Good. Cut the retirement 50%.

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake better worry about the stability of her own city before she makes stupid comments about “global economic stability”....

Actually, Obama raised the red flag seven and a half years ago.

Not concerned about:

Potholes
Police corruption
Unsustainable pension funds
Failed public schools
Scores of drive-by shootings

But Brexit? Very concerned!

Who do those stupid peons think they are trying to tell the elites how to rule over them? They must be crushed in the UK so our commoners don’t get any ideas.

Yes, let's quote probably the least intelligent person in the room. All this moronette does is spout the leftist pablum that has been drilled into her skull over the years. Her next original thought will be her first.

These pansies do not understand the concepts of sovereignty, freedom, individualism, and self determination. They have a herd mentality.

If a suicide bomber lit off his vest in their living room, they might catch a clue.

Where to begin?

Who thought that letting SRB try to rehabilitate her "standing" was a great idea?

Particularly when she opens with being surprised that her Obama-blinders made her miss the elephant in the room?

How about her trying to imply that almost everyone in the audience is as politically deaf as she is?

Would anybody with more than two brain cells to synapse together not immediately decline any "help" she could offer, excepting to verify that doing the opposite has the best chance of success?

Come to think of it, why would WISH-TV think that highlighting an incompetent and inept black female mayor that effectively encouraged extended rioting and anti-police behavior, not to mention throwing her "all-but-reserved" US Senate seat away, be of particular interest to its local viewers?

Not an original thought in her head.

Mad Maxine told her rioting constituents to go loot and burn down the White and Asian parts of the district. (Rodney King riots, perhaps?)

The U.S. Conference of Mayors is no better than a reich meeting of Mayors in 1930s fascist Germany.
