Shouldn't that be the "CIA annex"?

Press and politicians have been conflating terms used to describe the place where the ambassador was and the place where the CIA was. They have been making up new terms as well, eg "campus" (no sure exactly WHAT Gowdy was referring to when he used that in presser yesterday)...and don't even get me started on the term "stand down order". MSM, and many here at FR, glommed onto that one to signify a myriad of commands.

I always figured “stand down” was the opposite and countermand of “stand to.”
