Thank you for directing me to that Psalm this morning, I know it well. 107 is another opus of how awesome God is in spite of our shenanigans and foibles. It does seem like so much Scripture is coming alive and happening Today! Bless you.

The verses that really jump out for me in Psalm 106 are:
39 Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions.
40 Therefore was the wrath of the LORD kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance.
41 And he gave them into the hand of the heathen; and they that hated them ruled over them.
