First Amendment Rights are gone according to this. There should be a massive demonstration and let them prosecute. Let us see how that turns out.
I don’t think the judge has the authority to arrest people on her own. Maybe someone can file a complaint, but the Judge can’t file the complaint, swear out the warrant, set the bond, arraign the defendant, hear the exam, hear the trial and then sentence the defendant. Am I wrong?
