On the other hand I don’t like the idea of Mia Love because she checks off both the black and female boxes. She’s served, what, one term, in Congress? She might be good in a couple of years but today she’d be there only for the demographics, not really to step in on a moment’s notice to be POTUS.

Seriously, look at a 50-something, bright, fresh, conservative, entrepreneur businessman, Marine combat veteran like Duncan Hunter. It doesn't hurt that he's a Congressman from CA and sits on a variety of committees. Look him up.
