Crap. I’m afraid BCBS will leave Tennessee. They raised rates 60some percent this year. Probably a last-ditch effort to stay afloat before deciding to abandon this state. The other option has horrible coverage - almost no doctors in any network nearby.

Which is rationing by any other name. If you limit the number of doctors, you’ve basically placed a limitation on your financial exposure.
