Remember the iconic photo of the 3 firefighters raising a flag in the debris of the World Trade Center on 9/11? They were 3 white dudes. They wanted to make a statue to commemorate the event, and the PC police wanted 2 of the firefighters to be depicted as minorities to showcase how diversity is our strength. There was an uproar and the whole idea was scrapped.
