I don’t know if this really is his death certificate, but here is general information on Florida d.c.’s.

You still haven’t seen a “full” d.c. This is the “public” version of a d.c., with no cause of death, manner of death, or injury information listed. And time of death IS listed on this d.c.—it’s a code entry, 9999, for “unknown.”
