But this vote was non-binding on Parliament. It was “advisory’ only. Now Parliament will say there was no clear mandate and will never do it.
Wait and watch. its the pattern with EU votes.
Just a guess that Parliament is a little sensitive to tar and feathers, or at least the political equivalent thereof.
The crown would prorogue parliament and sack Cameron.
That would be cool to watch.
Peter Hitchens has noted on his blog and in columns that the trickery involves some of the voices in the Tory Party (like Boris Johnson) who will take a lead in ‘renegotiating’ and then come back for a new referendum claiming a ‘better deal’ for the UK in the EU.
Watch out for this RINOesque trickery from the CINO’s (Conservatives In Name Only) in the UK.......

Actually the BBC is saying that now Cameron is LEGALLY bound to present the result to Brussels next week and ask them to implement Article 50 of the EU Constitution to separate the UK from the EU.
It will - because socialist bureaucracies are corrupt - take a couple of years but the UK is going to leave unless the EU refuses to let them which would mean war.
naturalman1975, would you mind copying some of what you have posted on other threads here? Desert Rhino has been saying over and over again that this vote is meaningless. Desert Rhino, if you check several of naturalman’s comments you will see clear explanations of how Britain’s political system works, and that your idea about this vote are way off the mark.
The Tories would be finished if they do that!
If they try to screw it up the Queen can step in, read it here on several threads.
