State Department staffers wrestled for weeks in December 2010 over a serious technical problem that affected emails from then-Secretary Hillary Clinton’s home email server, causing them to temporarily disable security features on the government’s own systems, according to emails released Wednesday.
The emails, reviewed by The Associated Press, show that State Department technical staff disabled software on their systems intended to block phishing emails that could deliver dangerous viruses. They were trying urgently to resolve delivery problems with emails sent from Clinton’s private server.

So Hillary’s emails were being caught in the filter and of course when she went ballistic about people not responding to her emails and they told her about the filter, she probably demanded they turn it off.
I bet State dept IT folks first asked them to power down and restart their devices. That’s what my IT says.........

This is even worse than expected as now almost all the governments classified data is found to have been opened to hackers. WTG Hillary.
You are the first to notice that. This is a million times worse than her running her own server — assholes in State IT dept turned off security filters on State machines to avoid discomfiting Her Heinous. There’s no doubt more to it than that.
From what I understand, the problem was that staffers who weren’t using Hillary’s server weren’t getting emails from Hillary because she wasn’t using a .gov account, so her emails were being sent to the spam folder.
If true, that means that everyone else in State Dept. who was using the .gov server had to turn off their spam filter.
So she exposed everyone in the State Department , instead of just her server (which was already exposed due to other lack of security problems).
She also had them turn off the password protect feature on the phone she was using because it was ‘inconvenient’.
F the servers, what about her using her charity as an unlimited slush fund where she trades special favors to foreign interests for donations to her personal slush fund. Also how much of that foreign money is laundered directly into her campaign. I can only image the stunning lack of disinterest the media would have for that story if Hitlary had an (R) after her name. Crickey, the media had hyperventillating 24/7 wall to wall coverage literally for half a year about Valery Plame
