In a sense we already do. We're just not permitted to say it because of PC. Profiling or pre-judging someone based on past experiences with similar behavioral patterns keeps a lot of people from being shot, robbed, or being raped though. It's just common sense. You don't go walking barefoot in leaves in the woods for the same reason you shouldn't venture into a neighborhood on the south side wearing lots of jewelry.
