Pretty soon, the liberals will insist on profiling conservatives, the conservatives willl insist on profiling the liberals, and everyone in Washington will insist on profiling protesters of any variety.

If someone looks anxious and fits the age, sex, and other patterns of terrorists(including religious extremism, national origin as part of the mix) it is criminally negligent not to pay stricter attention to them than to the 80 year old in the wheelchair or my 4 year old nephew.
There are behavioral clues and phrases that alert the trained security agent a la Israel but in no way do we allow any actual saftey concerns or reliable protocols to be acted on in Amerika, where civilians are routinely sacrificed on the alter of political expediency.
