Nope. The US didn't invoke Article V, the mutual defense section of the NATO Treaty, during the war in Iraq because NATO is a purely defensive treaty and Iraq didn't attack the United States.

The only time Article V was invoked was after the 9/11 attacks. Turkey did provide material support to NATO operations related to 9/11. If you want to compile a list of NATO members that didn't support the war in Iraq, you'll need a very long list.
