Putin is using the ages old Russian/Soviet tactics of taking out a flea with a bomb. Look at how they dealt with snipers and other German troops in Berlin, or any other city they “liberated”.
They also slaughtered Hungarian freedom fighters in 1956 the same one. One sniper and the whole block came down regardless if there were non-combatants in those homes.
The same for Afghanistan. I assume you’ve heard of Afghanistan. It’s a shithole over there somewhere where the Soviets killed over a million Afghani civilians.
Putin is just one in a long line of Russian mass murderers, be it of their own people or someone else’s. However, he is a lot smarter than some of his predecessors because he has American dupes to do his propagandizing for him.
When you grow up, you’ll find that a little knowledge is dangerous but a well-balanced set of knowledge covering a long period of time, can be useful in making pronouncements about things you don’t know but postulate on.
