Since the “Legal” description is the same for both deeds, I would think it’s the same property, implying that son Omar and father Seddique co-owned the house, and BOTH simultaneously signed over their interest in favor of Omar’s sister and b-I-l. If so, I am sure Seddique (Omar’s father) can explain...
I wonder if the file for L15 B76 PSL28 has anything interesting on the purchase and financing.
