Trump needs to remind people this election is also about who gets to appoint Scalia’s replacement. You don’t hear talk about that anymore.

No we haven’t heard about the Supreme Court vacancy in a long time.

But that’s a key factor. Hillary will appoint a 5th liberal to the court, tipping the balance of the court to be liberal for decades. And during Hillary’s four years, if elected, others will leave the court, allowing Hillary to appoint fierce young liberals who will be there for decades to come.

The status of the courts are part of what’s at stake in this election.

About 1/3 of all federal judges in the lower courts now have been appointed by Obama. If Hillary is there for four or eight years, you could figure that well over half of all federal judges will have been appointed by liberal radical Saul Alinksy disciples. And that the Supreme Court will have tipped liberal as well.

IMO Trump is the most conservative nominee in 32 years. Ted Cruz is playing with the devil laying low waiting to be the savior in 2020. Hopefully in months to come Trump starts calling these “conservatives” out and say he would have kept his word and not lied like these selfish candidates did.

Let's look at some comparisons.

Neither has accomplished anything outside of polities, both are corporate owned, both are first term senators and the biggy: Neither is qualified under Article Two section one clause five, neither are natural born citizens.

The vacancy was mentioned Wednesday night at the Trump Rally in Dallas. Remember his speaking of the fact that Scalia had died (position unfilled) and possibly 5 justices might need to be chosen.
