Obama is unable to discriminate against the various Muslim factions because if he does so, he will have to discriminate against the various factions of the Black Community
Funny how whenever there’s a black-on-black shooting (gangs, drug dealers, etc.), you never hear any hand-wringing over how to keep guns out of the hands of gangs, drug dealers, etc.
