I suspect the individuals victimized will appreciate reaching out by anyone. But the puppeteers in the LGBTaliban can kiss my ass. I suspect they are secretly celebrating Orlando because they can use yet another tragedy to advance their agenda. To them the 49 dead are useful only as vehicles, and aren’t seen as a loss; hell, they can recruit many times that number through their various GLSEN-sponsored cells.
The NYT making another desperate attempt to reclaim the narrative. Unsuccessfully. When the first public concern on the left was whether Muslims would be held to account for the victims, and not for the victims themselves, that’s a bell that can’t be un-rung. Blaming Christians for a Muslim mass murder is not only disingenuous, it’s blatantly false on the face of it and nobody’s buying.
In fact, I think Obama intentionally set this tragedy in motion all in order to get his gun control. Now that the dust has settled it's become obvious the DHS and FBI did everything to enable this guy but buy the gun and put it in his hands.

As someone on the radio pointed out the other day. It must really suck to be a jihadi in America these days. No matter what you do, or how hard to try, no matter what happens, you never get the credit. It's always a gun, a TEA Party member, or Christian who gets the credit.
I disagree. Nothing they do violates my own religious observance. They fail to return the courtesy.

It behooves all Christians to sound that warning loud and clear

Our job is to serve the Lord and to point lost sinners (as we all were at one time) to Him. This is the prize - not the crumbs that the world has to offer.

This notion that homos will suddenly wake up and allign themselves with conservatism is fanciful.
Of course, it's fanciful, but nobody ever said gays would vote conservative as a bloc. What they were saying is that eventually homosexuals wouldn't vote as a bloc anymore. That may not be true, but it's certainly different from what you said. There wasn't always a homosexual bloc vote so it's not written in stone that there always will be.
I dunno, instead of all the ‘love the sinner hate the sin’ talk, what I’m thinking is Jesus’ words: “Love your enemies. Do good to those who persecute you, for by doing so you will heap burning coals on his head.”
So we’ll see what happens; looks like it’s being played out here.
I am not clear where you take issue.
It almost sounds like you are conflating Judgment with Warning - but perhaps I am misinterpreting your statement.
Of course God is the Judge - not man.
Does that mean man does not have a responsibility to warn his brother if he is marching off into the fire?
Of course not.
God's Word in Ezekiel tells us that we should sound the warning of the 'Watchman'.
We are all one family, and only the repentant sinner washed in the blood of Christ, and clothed in His merits, will enter into the Kingdom.
Are we to be silent and stand by when we see people hell bent for destruction? That is almost a Hyper-Calvinist position of saying God will save who God will save, and we might as well keep our mouths shut. God IS sovereign, and He will save whom He will save -- but He has also given the Believers the edict to spread the Gospel (the Good News) - and that includes the message of repentance and coming to Christ.
