Gov. Mary Fallin and six other Republican governors met Tuesday with GOP presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump in New York City.

“The meeting went very well,” Fallin said in a statement. “It was an opportunity for Donald Trump to hear from the governors and for the governors to talk with their political party’s presumptive presidential nominee.”

It appears to me that she’s been the strongest governor in the country on the issue of illegal immigration, which IMO is the most important issue at this point.

Immigration is huge. The attack on the second amendment scares me the most. I only know of her through Internet friends who voted for her but think she is more ‘moderate ‘ then they would like.

traditioally, the candidate that wins the party nomination moves to the center once past the nomination, to attract more moderates in the general elecition (not that he or she necessarily need be sincere about it lol).
