Is the Clinton Foundation immune to income taxes? I think it is a illegal use of a 501c3 tax-exempt not-for-profit organization. It is too bad we have a Justice Department that is not following their Constitutional duties.

It is too bad we have a Justice Department that is not following their Constitutional duties. If only we could pass a Constitutional Amendment to require them to obey the Constitution, then everything would be hunky dory according to Levin and the Cruzers.
