What is the point of having ‘bound delegates’? This woman wants to have it both ways...if instead of Trump, Cruz had the lead with bound delegates, I seriously doubt this woman would be hell bent on changing the rules. If the #NeverTrump crowd pulls a fast one, the number of voters coming out for Trump may increase, if not actually double to burn the GoP/RNC to the ground for their betrayal.
