That is an interesting view. Terrorism could fundamentally remake the economy and hasten the death of the brick and mortar stores.
I’m stunned that nobody has shot up the million school buses that cruise the roads each school day. Just drive by, rake them with gunfire and keep driving. It would be impossible to find the shooter and it would paralyze the nation. The Muslim beltway shooter several years ago was just two men and it probably took millions of dollars and a lot of luck to capture them. Imagine ten teams crisscrossing the country.
Let's not forget their shooting spree was lengthened by the inept Chief Moose, who knew early on that the shooters were black from the phone calls, yet continued to allow the so called profile of a white shooter to persist to the very end. Lots of DC area lone white men driving plain white vans were stopped and yanked out with M4s shoved in their faces.
And there sure as hell are divisions of fellow travelers and enabler scattered and buried within our national and local security apparatuses to make a Beslan type attack possible here.
I do worry about that.
