PHOENIX A new ruling Wednesday by a federal appeals court will not affect the rights of Arizonans to carry concealed weapons.
And that's not just because a majority of state lawmakers here support that right.
California law allows each county sheriff to determine if someone has "good cause" to have a concealed weapon. The lawsuit decided by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the ability of individual sheriffs to make that determination.

CA is “May Issue” and is run by leftist lunatics. Because OC is banned in much of the state and many jurisdictions just don’t issue ccw’s, therefore, A very large percent of Californians no longer have a 2A RKBA. Better hope HRC is not elected.

the two county sheriffs that refused to issue CCW are the sheriffs in San Diego and Yolo counties. The Trump supporters that outwardly support Mr. Trump for the next POTUS have been getting physically attacked and subject for their property to be vandalized. I believe being a Trump supporter should be enough to warrant the issue of a CCW no matter where one lives.

Isn't it true that if someone wants to elevate the 9th Circus en banc decision regarding the Constitutionality of concealed carry, that in all probability SCOTUS today would end in a 4-4 tie and then the 9th Circus will stand forever?
If the other states within the 9th Circus jurisdiction - e.g. other BLUE gun hating states like Oregon and Washington - were to pass laws in their gun-hating legislatures similar to CA then the 9th Circus decision would certainly apply to those states as well???
You are correct AZ would never pass something like CA since we already have Constitutional Concealed Carry and have been an permit-less open carry state since out becoming a state (I cannot verify on internet however, the closest I can find is "open carry in AZ for a very long time"). No permit required to purchase a weapon in AZ.

Every American has “good cause” to concealed carry. It’s called the Bill of ****ing Rights! Screw the faggots in California and their Nazi “judges”.

Idiots.

If one discovers “good cause” and they are not already carrying, it is too late.
One needs the freedom to carry without cause.

Cause = our founders said not to trust you all with power because you don’t know when to say enough is enough.
