A major donor to the Clinton Foundation was tapped by Hillary Clinton’s former chief of staff to an intelligence advisory board – despite his inexperience in the field, according to ABC News.
Rajiv Fernando’s only apparent qualification as a member of the International Security Advisory Board was his technological acumen, the network reported.
Fernando, a stock trader who also was a prolific fundraiser for Democratic candidates, joined the panel that comprised mostly nuclear scientists and security experts.

Clinton and Reno ALSO sent swarms of federal goons to Waco to arrest David Koresh on a bogus weapons charge. Instead of arresting Koresh in town on one of his regular trips, they assaulted the compound and, using tanks, pumped the place full of highly flammable CS gas, set the place afire. Helicopters attacked from the rear and shot anyone who attempted to escape the inferno. Before it was over, the place was a smoldering heap of ashes and scores women, children and babies had been incinerated.
It is now believed that HILLARY CLINTON urged her husband and Reno to order the attack.
Hey, here’s an idea: Let’s put this BLOODTHIRSTY B***H (who also let die 4 heroes in Benghazi to keep obozo’s and her destabilizing gun running to ISIS a secret) IN THE WHITE HOUSE!! And, due to the obozo/Clinton blackout re. Benghazi, there’s no way to confirm a recent report that an AC-130 gunship was orbiting near Behghazi that night. If the order had been given, those folks would probably be alive today!
Bottom line: Hillary Clinton is reputed to have insisted that her husband ATTACK American citizens at Waco but REFUSED to agree to ATTACKING muslim murderers in Benghazi!
They are all patronage jobs based on who you know or how much you can bring to the table...

(EXCERPT) On September 15, in a telephone call with then-Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr, then-Secy Clinton emphatically portrayed the “stupid, very offensive film” as the root cause of the Benghazi violence.
Clinton told Amr, “I have repeatedly, as has the President, and other officials in our government, deplored not only the content of this stupid, very offensive film… But we have to exercise more self-discipline… otherwise we’ll be in a vicious downward circle against everyone who has ever felt offended, particularly on the internet….”
After referring to Benghazi, Secy Clinton’s telephone call with then-Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr also contained a curious reference to what the former secretary referred to as a “very successful investment visit led by my deputy Tom Nides, and, on the very day they left, this series of incidents began to unfold.”
NOTE: According to the Washington Post, Nides, (1) was deputy secretary for management and resources at the State Department, and, (2) at the same time, Nides was responsible for “communications with donors” for the Clinton Foundation.
Nides was also involved in the earlier scandal involving Secy Clinton’s efforts to provide special access to State Department officials for hedge fund clients of Chelsea's husband, her son-in-law, Marc Mezvinsky. (hat tip Judicial watch)
Tapping ignorant individuals, particularly for security posts, allows Madam Benghazi to pursue her criminal enterprises unimpeded because the so-called "security advisor" doesn't have a clue and she can manipulate him. It also provides the so-called "security advisor" cover because they can [rightfully] claim ignorance if any investigation follows.
